Our Women's Circles: what they are and what they are not

Our women's circles are:

~ A space for women to gather and BE.
~ A space for women to connect to their wise and cyclical body.
~ A space to support, nourish and inspire each other back to wholeness.
~ A space to shed the masks and get real.
~ A space to honor the Divine Feminine and the way she lives in each of us.

~ A space to weave a strong web of sisterhood.

~ A space to rewire our way out of patriarchy and claim our sovereignty.
~ A space to enjoy and receive the medicine of mythology and storytelling.
~ A space to nurture and connect with feminine qualities such as unconditional love, nature, compassion and trust in the flow of life and receptivity.
~ A space to explore pleasure and the erotic aliveness always available to us.
~ A space to practice sacred embodiment practices that will support you in softening into your gentle power.
~ A space to move and dance in a way that feels good to you

~ A place form where I take my seat with gratitude and humility, aware of my privileges, blindspots and responsibilities in becoming a good ancestor.

~ A space to practice being you....unapologetically you....so that you can go out into the world and share your unique and absolutely beautiful light.

What our women’s groups are not:

~ A space directly affiliated with a specific religion. Myths and stories from around the world are woven into our time together (their origin always honored and celebrated). Women from all spiritual and religious walks of life are welcome into the space.
~ A space to do our deep psychological work (other spaces like counseling are more appropriate containers for this type of deeper, individualized support).
