Yoga Nidra to let go of exhaustion and fill your cup

I’ve been spending time taking long walks with baby Alma. Listening to the ravens and crows chatting away. Hearing the chilly wind sing her song. Feeling the bare trees whispering “rest, rest, rest”. And so I’ve listened. When baby naps, mama also rests.

I have fallen deeply in love with a practice called yoga nidra. It’s a practice I’ve done here and there for years but in the past 6 months, I’ve been doing it daily. It’s my daily reset. The way to connect with my inner wild and in the midst of dirty dishes, loads of laundry and chasing baby, tend to my exhaustion, feel nourished and return to a sense of “okay-ness”.

So in the name of this practice that has changed my life, I recorded a version for you today. Click here to listen.
