What if it's easy? this approach can shift everything

A few years ago I read the following question on a brain rewiring coach's blog...what if it's easy? and felt a big homecoming. Every cell of my body longed for ease and most of my life I'd been working hard to make things happen. As daughters of patriarchy, many of us have learned that life is hard and that we have to hussle to grow spiritually, financially, emotionally, etc.

So I started to infuse everything I did with this question. From learning to bake, to rewiring my brain from chronic illness, to setting BIG boundaries with my mom, to deepening my yoga practice, to increasing self-pleasure, to leading women’s circles, to manifesting my beloved partner James.

Now, the paradox is that in the process of approaching things from this question, all the things/evidence of why it was hard got amplified. Yet noticing the struggle and infusing it with the possibility of ease did something deep and powerful to my psyche. It's like already a part of me believed ease was possible and so the hardship softened!

This is not a question to try to diminish your struggle. Instead it’s a seed of possibility that when woven into your inner world, can inspire and lighten the journey.

What if it’s easy? :)
